Any fellow artists reading this?
The reason I ask is because I’m interested in starting a new art critique community site, that will be the successor to my 7 year old forums Untitled Image that badly needs a reboot or to just be killed (likely the latter).
The goal of this new site will be to have a manageable size community focused on getting quality critique and inspiration from fellow artists. The community may even be invite only. Large sites like DeviantArt I find to be too large and impersonal to get any quality feedback or interaction.
I’m looking for a few people to help get the site off the ground. I’m just in the very early pre-panning stages so I don’t even have a name yet. Please let me know of your interest in the comments or email me contact -at- androidworkshop.com

Thinking about rebooting my forums
My message board Untitled Image started way back around 2000 on EZboards as a manga style art critique community. It was later restarted on phpBB hosted on a friend’s hosting account around 2002 refocused on art critique in general. A few years later the database was transfered to punBB and has been moved from server to server, and now has an archive of 32,900 posts.
The dilemma I have now is how to breath live back into the forums. I am pondering a “reboot” and starting fresh without any archived posts. I am also considering making the focus on casual creativity, a place where busy creative people can show their art to help keep that creative muscle in use.
