Rocking-out to the Bastion Original Soundtrack by Darren Korb. I got it with the game on Steam yesterday while on sale. Beautiful game and soundtrack! Bastion is also available on ‘Xbox Live Arcade’ and ‘Playstation Network’.
My Infinity Blade Character (so far)
Sonic Fan Remix: What Sonic 4 should have been.
Grab the PC demo before Sega gives them a cease and desist. It’s what Sonic 4 should have been… Sega should buy this project and hire the devs.

Ubisoft announces Beyond Good and Evil HD
Sadly it’s not BG&E 2, but an HD rerelease of the 2003 original (For Xbox, PS2, GameCube, and PC: Watch the trailer).
It could be in anticipation of a major announcement about the sequel that was originally teased in 2008 and has since been rumored canceled on and off for the past year or two because of a total media blackout. This footage leaked back around E3 2009 and was never shown officially.
“BG&E” is often called a “Zelda clone that is better than Zelda”. I’m sure Zelda fanboys would disagree, but it’s one of the great games that you just shouldn’t miss-out on. Thankfully this already beautiful game is being rereleased in HD for download on Xbox Live and PSN sometime in 2011 so you can check it out if you missed it the first time.
Hopefully a new HD trailer will be out soon, I’ll be sure to post it.
Osmos: Must buy iPhone/iPad game.
The video above is of the PC/Mac version ($9.99), but the just released iPhone version and recently released iPad version both look and play as well or better. It’s one of the best relaxation games I’ve ever played and it’s a great showpiece for the iPhone 4’s retina display.
“LOVE” Screenshots.
I’ve been wanting to try this game for PC. It just looks cool. It’s an indie co-op FPS “MMO” game all created by 1 guy. The entire game looks like a painting.
It does however have a monthly fee, but it’s so interesting looking that I might want to try it for at least a month. See more info on the site: www.quelsolaar.com.
Square Enix's iPhone RPG 'Chaos Rings' Released
I posted about this game a while ago. It’s the first big budget looking RPG for the iPhone, on par with something you’d see released for the PSP or PS2 for at least $30. ‘Chaos Rings’ has been released for $12.99 (iTunes link), a bargain when compared with similar PSP games. Touch Arcade has a review if you are interested.
It sounds like the game will last you at least 8 hours (great for a handheld game). I’m actually far more interested in this game than Final Fantasy XIII (PS3 & 360), that I hear takes 15+ hours to get good. I’ve always enjoyed handheld RPG games, but I hate having to be bothered to remember to bring my (slightly too big for a pocket) PSP with me. It’s been a while since a JRPG has held my attention, but I think this handheld optimized RPG might be right up my alley since I’ve always got my iPhone on me.
Update: I bought this game today and am quite glad I did. If you like any of the Final Fantasy games from 7 or later, I’m sure you’ll enjoy this. It’s best feature is how easily you can save anywhere (except for in battles) and pick-up where you left off, so it’s well optimized for playing in little spurts.
Captain Forever now open to the public
The addictive Flash game I posted about a while ago (as a 1 time pay to play beta) is now open for everyone to enjoy for free. So if you’ve got a few spare moments today give it a try, I bet you’ll end-up playing longer than you first intended.
A new version of the game was also launched for paid supporters called Captain Successor. It features new ship parts and slightly tweaked/updated graphics, a nice update to the original game.
Epic Mickey - Game Informer Cover
There have been rumors and leaked concept art about this new Disney game. Apparently it’s a twisted almost “Tim Burton style” take on classic Disney characters and worlds.

Space Invaders: Infinity Gene (iPhone/iPod Touch) $4.99 [iTunes Link]
Checkout this review on Destructoid. I just got the game myself before even seeing this review. It’s a very fun and cool take on Space Invaders.
Demo video for the game Love. Must see!
All the Gaming Mice I am interested in

A fancy well reviewed gaming mouse. It’s got adjustable weight even. It’s slightly ugly and costs the most of the mice I’m looking at. No native Mac OS X drivers so 3rd party shareware drivers would be required if I wanted to use the extra buttons in Mac OS X, however user reviews would suggest it works fine under games in OS X without drivers.

Lacks a few features of the G5 (above) but has the same basic form and function for a bit less money. I also do like the color of this mouse better. This also has no native Mac OS X drivers, but works.
Razer DeathAdder Mac 3G Gaming Mouse

My Previous blog post was about this mouse. I’m a little less interested in it now that I’ve seen reviews of the Logitech saying they work fine on Macs. I was mainly interested because of it’s native Mac OS X drivers.
Watchmen MMO game for iPhone Now Available
Crazy, an actual MMO game for iPhone and iPod Touch! I hear the servers are being crashed by the amount of interest in the game today, but there are some positive impressions from the people who are able to log-in and play.
The game is only $0.99 on the iTunes App Store.
UPDATE: I got the game and it’s currently unplayable because it can’t connect to the server and the game crashes when it fails to connect.
