Charter Communications sucks… I pay for 5Mbps but am lucky if I get 3Mbps lately. I’ve been having slow connection issues for about a week now. It was worse earlier today before I got in a support chat and they reset something on their end with my modem’s MAC id. It seemed fixed at first but obviously isn’t. I’ll be calling them tomorrow if it isn’t any better by then.
