Billy’s sure mellowed a bit, and the new Smashing Pumpkins have their own sound. No it’s not the old band I love, but they are still making good music and I can’t complain about that… Some “fans” do nothing but complain that it’s not the old band. Their latest song ‘Astral Planes’ is reminiscent of the ’90s Pumpkins, and I hope they rediscover that sound a bit more in the future.
