I’ve just entered the beta for E; a new social networking service that encourages meeting people offline. E allows you to share your online identities (Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Last.fm etc) easily while out and about via iPhone or other internet enabled cell phones.
I love the idea, but as usual getting “the masses” to use E and make the service itself useful is going to be the challenge… If the chances of you actually meeting or knowing anyone else who uses the service is low; it defeats the purpose of the service.
