2009 Scion xD to be released in August
I called the dealership yesterday asking about the 2009 model Scion xD. The sales rep who has been helping me didn’t know anything right off hand, but he checked into it for me and called back. He said that the 2009 xD would be out some time in August (I think he said; “By the end of Aug”).
They’ve also preferenced a blue xD at the factory for me, but haven’t heard back about the production of the blue. The sales rep told me that I may end-up having to wait for the 2009 models because there are only 4 or 5 manual 2008 grey (my 2nd choice) xD’s in circulation. It may end-up being worth the wait, however I’ll need to get an oil change and renew my tags on my old car before then, and my loan pre-approval will be expired very soon.
