I just noticed that the Speedtest.net people have started a Ping testing service. This is very useful since so many uses of the internet depend on a good Ping (streaming video, games, etc). I’ve actually gotten a good score as of this post, at least from a near by server.

My girlfriend got one of these $2 charges added to her last Verizon bill before she switched to an iPhone 3GS and AT&T. They also managed to F* up her bill in other ways too, but that’s another story.
