Finally! Now you don’t have to pay to upgrade that EMO music you were into 4 years ago but now find annoying. Apple has given-in to demand, likely because people weren’t going to pay $50+ depending on how much music they had bought on iTunes in the past.

Javascript can be exploited to access a user’s trusted website accounts (such as banks or email etc). The quick fix: stay logged-out of any sensitive accounts while browsing other sites; because they may have malicious code hidden in them. This effects most browsers on all platforms. Player One Podcast (iTunes link) I picked-up on an after holiday episode so it was rather bland. The hosts are ex-EGM staff so I went back to the previous episode to get a better taste. It might grow on me but I’m not overly impressed...

With all the best staff gone, all the wonderful podcasts (the best video game podcasts anywhere) will cease to exist… RIP 1UP FM, 1UP Yours, LAN Party, and the 1UP Show… I really do believe that the 1UP podcasts were the best things 1UP had going for them, I didn’t even visit their site until I started listening to the podcasts.

It’s about time! This marks the end of DRM music. You can “upgrade” your old iTunes downloads to DRM free high quality tracks for $0.30 a track… With the currently available DRM free tracks; for me it’s $55.47 to upgrade 215 songs.
