I’ve settled on getting a CycloDS Evolution card for my DS, likely as a birthday gift to myself in Dec. A friend of mine gave me this link and has bought stuff through them without any problems.

This is great news! HandBrake now supports almost any video format input (not just DVDs now) allowing you to re-encode almost any video including normally troublesome formats like OGM and MKV with subtitles and multi-track audio. Great for putting Anime etc on your iPod or PS3 etc. Update: It would seem that subtitles are not yet supported in video files, only DVDs. Hopefully they add that...

The Killers brand new album. It’s well worth your money. Is a ($20) shareware app that integrates popular social network sites (Twitter, Flickr, Pownce, Facebook, Digg etc) into a slick single interface. I’m giving it a test run now, so far I might think about registering if a few features are added such as; posting to multiple services at once (ie Twitter + Pownce) and the promised slim HUD interface.

However the tracks are DRM protected low 128 kbps quality, and that makes me sad… I wouldn’t mind the DRM so much if they were 256 kbps. Right now the only other place to get the single is on Guitar Hero. It’s only $1.49 so I’ll deal with it for now.
